We carry comprehensive public liability and employers' liability insurance, giving you peace of mind that your project is in safe hands.  

We typically work within around 20 miles of Swindon, covering Cirencester, North Wiltshire, The Cotswolds and parts of Gloucestershire. If your project is further afield, we'd still be happy to hear from you.

These all depend on a number of variables and conditions, which we would talk through with you before starting work. We will provide an estimate for you at the quotation stage. 

Once we start work, we endeavour to complete it as efficiently as possible without sacrificing quality - we never leave work unfinished.

Depending on the nature of the work, Building Control will inspect at key stages and a certificate of compliance will be provided to you, once the work is completed. We also provide our own guarantee, so that you can feel assured your work has been completed to an excellent standard.

If it's a new build property, we will arrange for either a professional consultant's certificate or structural warranty. A professional consultant's certificate is a legal insurance certificate confirming that your project has been completed satisfactorily, monitored by a professional and signed off by a qualified architect or surveyor. It states that the construction work conforms to planning permissions, building regulations, and other associated contracts. This gives you added peace of mind and is often a consideration for anyone purchasing a new build property.

We always need to see the project location to be able to provide accurate information. Once we have been out to see your project, we'll provide you with a free quote, depending upon the scale of the work. The quote will provide details of the next steps and how we move forward. 

We always like to receive as much information about the project as possible. If you'd like to proceed, we provide a specification breakdown to ensure you're happy with all the works planned as well as a copy of our insurance documentation. We also agree a payment structure with a deposit required in order to secure a start date.  

Once we’ve agreed all the details to start, we’ll check in with you regularly to let you know how things are going. The frequency and timing of this is flexible, however we want you to feel at ease whilst the work is being completed.
